Albuquerque, NM (May 12, 2023) – Friday, May 12, a crash in Albuquerque resulted in confirmed injuries. 
The incident was initially reported on Interstate 25 close to Central Avenue at around 7:47 a.m. Emergency personnel were seen arriving at the area to aid those who were hurt in the collision. There were ambulances available to take the accident victims to nearby hospitals for extra care.
The severity and number of resulting injuries have not been determined at this time. The area was closed for several hours until tow trucks were able to clear the resulting debris.
Law enforcement officials are in charge of the continuing crash investigation.
