Albuquerque, NM (January 28, 2023) – On the morning of January 26, a serious car accident was reported to the police in Albuquerque. Multiple responders were dispatched to the scene of the collision, located on Unser Boulevard.
Sources say the crash happened shortly after 9:00 a.m. on Unser Boulevard near Los Volcanes Road. Vehicles collided in the area and caused at least one person to become injured.
Currently, the nature and severity of the injuries suffered in the accident has not been reported. EMTs treated wounded parties on-site before transporting those with extensive injuries to area hospitals by ambulance.
Traffic delays occurred near Los Volcanes Road on Unser Boulevard for some time on the morning of January 26. While police investigated the details of the incident, local drivers were asked to use alternative travel routes.
