Albuquerque, NM (February 1, 2021) – According to the Albuquerque Police Department, a motorcyclist was injured in a collision with another vehicle that took place on Sunday night, January 31st. The accident was reported at the intersection of Avenida Cesar Chavez and 8th Street around 9:13 p.m.
Authorities with the APD say that one person on a motorcycle collided with a passenger vehicle for unknown reasons. Emergency crews arrived to find the male operator of the motorcycle down in the roadway. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital with several head injuries, a broken leg, and a broken clavicle.
The current condition of the victim has not been reported at this time. The events that led to this incident remain under investigation.
