Albuquerque, NM (April 6, 2023) – A woman reportedly suffered burn injuries in an apartment fire early on Thursday morning, April 6th. The incident happened in the city of Albuquerque at approximately 3:00 a.m.
According to local reports, flames broke out inside a unit located in the Sandia Vista Apartments complex on Tramway Boulevard. Emergency responders were quickly notified of the incident, and firefighters arrived at the scene a short time later.
All four residents of the unit that had caught fire, as well as two pets, were evacuated from the building by first responders. EMTs treated one woman who reportedly suffered burn injuries to her feet at the scene. She was taken to a nearby medical center for additional care.
