Amherst County, VA (September 19, 2023) – A multi-vehicle crash happened on US-29 near Daniels Drive on Tuesday, September 19, 2023.
The Virginia Department of Transportation initially reported all north lanes were closed for emergency crews to respond to the crash.
Affected areas included Daniels Dr, Dillard Rd, Seminole Plz, Thomas Rd, Woodvue Dr, and Rt. 766N/S.
Traffic was diverted to the turn lane during the incident. All lanes have since reopened.
The investigation is still ongoing.
