Atlanta, GA (April 7, 2021) – At approximately 3:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 3, a fatal pedestrian-involved crash occurred on a roadway in Atlanta. According to information provided by Atlanta officials, the collision took place on Piedmont Road near Lindbergh Drive. 

A 28-year-old male was walking when he was hit by a dark-colored Range Rover. The pedestrian was seriously hurt and transported to a local hospital in order to receive treatment. The man was pronounced deceased a short time after arriving at the hospital. 

The roadway where the incident occurred was blocked while responders worked at the scene. Few details are currently available concerning the circumstances of the accident at this time.
