The leading cause of automobile wrecks in Georgia and throughout the United States is currently driver error, accounting for over 94% of crashes.

Driver negligence comes in many forms, including distraction, intoxication, speeding, and fatigue. Those four types of driver negligence contribute to millions of accidents per year.
