Audubon, MN (September 13, 2023) – A two-car crash on Tuesday, September 12, injured three people on Highway 10 near Audubon. 

Merlin Louis Anderson, 85, from Detroit Lakes, was driving west on Highway 10 in a 2013 Dodge Journey. 

Turning left onto 185th Street, he collided with an eastbound 2013 Chevrolet Avalanche.

Roger Duane Larson, 65, and passenger Jacqueline Lee Larson, 66, both from Afton, Minnesota, were in the Avalanche. 

All three suffered injuries and were transported to Essentia Health St. Mary’s Hospital. 

Both cars’ airbags were deployed, and all involved wore seatbelts. 

Alcohol wasn’t a factor. 

The investigation is still ongoing.
