Baltimore, MD (May 14, 2023) – The Baltimore Police Department responded to the scene of a fire in the Old Towne section of Baltimore that left several people injured.
The fire was reported at around 7:00 a.m. on May 14.
According to officials, a fire broke out at a structure located in the 800 block of North Central Avenue. Authorities arrived at the scene and located flames coming from the first floor of the building.
One person was trapped on the second floor of the structure.
Firefighters went to work quickly on battling the blaze.
A total of four people suffered injuries as a result of the incident. Two adults and two children were transported to area hospitals for medical care.
At this time, the incident is being investigated.
