Baltimore, MD (February 25, 2023) – On February 24, officers with the Baltimore Police Department were summoned to provide assistance on-site at an automobile accident that occurred in the Woodberry section of town.
At approximately 5:30 a.m., the police and firefighters received a notification about a crash that took place on Interstate 83.
Authorities arrived at the scene of the incident and located damaged vehicles on the northbound side of the interstate. Authorities immediately secured the roadway near West Cold Spring Lane.
Police and firefighters worked quickly to remove the damaged vehicles and debris from the active travel lanes on the road.
Emergency medical services responded to provide care to the victims who suffered injuries. An unknown number of injured parties were transported to a local hospital for further assistance.
The Baltimore Police Department is currently investigating the accident.
