Baltimore, MD (March 30, 2023) – A fiery crash took place in downtown Baltimore on Wednesday afternoon that left two people injured.
At around 12:15 p.m. on March 29, the Baltimore Police Department responded to a crash that took place on North Howard Street.
Reports show that two Maryland Transit Administration police officers collided in their patrol vehicles on North Howard Street at the intersection of West Fayette Street. Both of the officers were reportedly responding to an emergency call.
One of the vehicles burst into flames as a result of the accident.
Two people were injured as a result of the crash. The victims were transported to area hospitals for emergency care.
The circumstances of the crash are currently being investigated by the Baltimore Police Department.
