Batavia, NY (September 13, 2023) – Early Tuesday, September 12, 2023, a pedestrian accident occurred on Clinton Street Road in Batavia.

Genesee County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrived at the scene around 1:30 a.m.

They discovered 17-year-old Ethan Walker of Scotland unresponsive in the westbound lane.

Walker was promptly airlifted to a local hospital due to severe injuries.
Investigators believe Walker exited a car he was in and was crossing the road when hit.

The investigation is still ongoing.
