Berlin, MD (January 13, 2023) – A traffic accident took place in the Berlin area that resulted in injuries. On January 12, at around 450 p.m., the Maryland State Police troopers were called to the scene of an accident on Route 50.
Reports show that a collision between vehicles took place near the Walmart store located on Route 50 in Berlin. The incident caused delays throughout the area.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and blocked off the roadway.
EMS went to work on treating the victims before transporting them to area hospitals.
The incident remains under investigation.
