Berlin, MD (March 19, 2023) – One person died as a result of a motor vehicle accident in the Berlin area on Saturday afternoon, March 18.
At around 3:45 p.m., the police and firefighters responded to the scene of an automobile accident on Route 113.
Reports from authorities show that a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle collided on the roadway near Georgetown Road. Authorities responded to the scene and shut down the roadway as they provided assistance.
One person was located on the site unconscious.
Emergency medical services rendered aid to victims while at the scene.
One person ended up passing away as a result of the injuries they suffered.
At this time, the investigation into the accident is underway.
