Bethesda, MD (February 3, 2023) – Emergency crews throughout Montgomery County responded to the scene of a traffic crash in which at least one person was injured.
Crash reports indicate that at approximately 640 p.m., a vehicle collision occurred on Sonoma Road in the area of old Georgetown Road. At least one person became trapped inside their vehicle.
Firefighters with the Montgomery County (MD) Fire & Rescue Service responded to the scene to extricate the trapped victim.
EMS responded to care for the victims who suffered injuries in the accident. At least one person was transported to a local hospital for further treatment.
The circumstances surrounding the accident are currently being investigated.
