Bloomington, IL (September 13, 2023) – A two-vehicle crash occurred near Oakland Avenue and Lee Street in Bloomington on Tuesday, September 12, 2023.

Around 5 p.m., Bloomington police responded to the accident site.

The officers confirmed that there were some injuries.

Cleanup crews remained active on the scene throughout the afternoon.

South Lee Street was shut down between West Mill Street and West Oakland Avenue.

Oakland Avenue was also closed at its intersection with Lee.

The investigation is still ongoing.
