Bradenton, FL (September 18, 2023) – A violent two-truck crash on Sunday evening left a 3-year-old girl and a 36-year-old Bradenton woman with serious injuries.

Around 6:54 p.m. on State Road 62/Wauchula Road, near County Road 39, the woman lost control of her pickup.

It veered off, then reentered the road, colliding with an eastbound pickup.

The child, unrestrained in the passenger’s seat, was thrown from the vehicle.

Both she and the woman sustained severe injuries and were hospitalized.

A 77-year-old Navarre man driving the second pickup had minor injuries.

The investigation is still ongoing.
