Bronx, NY (October 17, 2024) – A tragic car accident occurred overnight on the New England Thruway, resulting in the death of a 40-year-old man. According to the New York Police Department (NYPD), the incident took place when a 2016 Dodge Journey, driven by the man, was traveling southbound on the Thruway and collided with the rear end of a flatbed truck in the vicinity of Baychester Avenue.
