Bronx, NY – Minivan Crashes into Bus in East Tremont, Injuring at Least 10

Bronx, NY (July 25, 2023) – In the Bronx on Sunday evening, July 23, 2023, a minivan collided with a bus, injuring at least ten individuals before the minivan caught fire, according to the FDNY.

The accident occurred around 7 p.m. along East 180th Street in East Tremont.

Following the collision, the bus struck another car, and the minivan burst into flames.

Seven people were hospitalized after the FDNY arrived.

The authorities are actively investigating the cause of the collision and the subsequent fire to ascertain the events leading up to the accident.

As the injured receive medical care, efforts are underway to clear the area and ensure community safety.
