Bronx, NY (May 13, 2023) – A 29-year-old man has died as a result of an automobile accident that took place in the Bronx area on Friday morning. The New York Police Department was notified of the crash at approximately 1:30 a.m. on May 12.
According to officials, a 29-year-old man was utilizing an electric motorcycle while traveling north on Cross Bronx Expressway. For reasons unknown, his vehicle became involved in a collision. The man was ejected from his motorcycle and landed on the road near Harrod Avenue. He was struck by a vehicle after landing.
The man was critically injured as a result of the crash. EMS responded to the scene to render aid to the victim. However, he passed away while on-site.
At this time, the incident is being investigated.
