Bronx, NY (March 28, 2023) – Authorities say that a pedestrian was hurt at approximately 9:36 a.m. on Tuesday morning, March 28th, after being hit by a vehicle. The collision was reported in the Bedford Park neighborhood of the Bronx.
According to reports, an unidentified person was walking at or near 2925 Goulden Avenue when they were struck by a car for unknown reasons. Emergency crews were requested at the scene, where they arrived to locate the victim injured in the roadway.
EMTs worked to assist the wounded pedestrian, who was then taken to a local hospital to undergo additional care. The condition of the victim has not been confirmed in reports.
Investigators are conducting a thorough inquiry to establish the events that triggered the collision. No additional details have been reported.
