Bronx, NY (March 19, 2023) – On March 18, officers with the New York Police Department and area firefighters were called to the scene of an accident in the Port Morris neighborhood that ended in injuries.
Just after 9:10 p.m., a crash took place on St. Anns Avenue.
Authorities arrived at the scene and located a pedestrian that was pinned by a vehicle following a crash that took place on the roadway near Bruckner Boulevard. Emergency crews went to work quickly on removing the pedestrian.
The victim was rendered aid while at the scene. Paramedics then transported the local hospital for further medical care.
The crash remains under investigation at this time.
