Bronx, NY – Two Injured in Retaining Wall Collapse on Barker Ave

Bronx, NY (July 12, 2023) – An accident reported in the Bronx on Tuesday evening sent two people to an area hospital with injuries.

Investigations surrounding the incident show that at approximately 4:55 p.m. on July 11, a retaining wall collapsed in the rear of the building located at 3073 Barker Avenue.

Two people were injured as a result of the incident. Emergency medical services rendered aid to the victims before transporting them to area hospitals.

The incident is being investigated at this time.

We hope the two people hurt as a result of this accident recover quickly.
