Brooklyn, NY (May 5, 2023) – A bicyclist was injured as a result of a crash that took place in the Bushwick section of Brooklyn.
At approximately 1:30 p.m. on May 5, the New York Police Department and New York Fire Department were dispatched to the scene of a crash on Menahan Street.
Reports show that a 50-year-old man was riding a bicycle on the roadway near Central Avenue when they were struck by a vehicle. The bicyclist was injured as a result of the crash.
Paramedics responded to care for the victim before transporting them to a local hospital.
At this time, investigations into the crash are underway.
