Bronx, NY (December 17, 2022) – Multiple responders were sent to the scene of a collision on an interstate in the Bronx. The incident occurred at approximately 10:40 p.m.
How the crash occurred is currently being investigated by area authorities. Local officials report the incident happened on Interstate 278 near Metropolitan Ave. Traffic was stopped back to the Kosciuszko Bridge.
One or more individuals suffered injuries in the collision. Paramedics treated those in need of medical care at the scene. At this time, the injured victims have not been identified.
