Brooklyn, NY (March 3, 2023) – A car crash at the intersection of New Lots Avenue and Junius Street resulted in injuries on the morning of Friday, March 3rd. Authorities reported the incident in the Brownsville neighborhood of Brooklyn at approximately 7:15 a.m.
Official reports show that the involved vehicles entered the junction at about the same time and subsequently collided with one another. Due to the impact of the accident, property damage and injuries resulted, and emergency responders were summoned to the area.
Crews worked to clear the roadway of debris, and paramedics assisted those involved in the crash. An unspecified number of victims required additional treatment and were ultimately transported to nearby medical centers for further care.
Authorities have not reported any details regarding the conditions of the injured parties. An investigation to determine the cause of the crash is ongoing.
