Brooklyn, NY – Major Motor Vehicle Accident on Belt Pkwy near Knapp St

Brooklyn, NY (July 9, 2023) – On the night of July 9, a serious car crash happened in Brooklyn that ended in injuries. Responders were dispatched to the wreck site shortly after 7:40 p.m. to help those involved. 

Sources report the collision happened in the eastbound lanes of the Belt Parkway near Knapp Street. Two or more vehicles collided in the area, resulting in injuries for the involved parties. 

Traffic was stopped back to Cropsey Avenue while emergency responders worked at the crash site in an effort to clear the wreckage from the road and help the people involved in the crash. 

Currently, police in Brooklyn are still working to determine the cause of the incident.
