Brooklyn, NY (February 19, 2023) – A driver fled the scene after striking a pedestrian in the Prospect Park neighborhood on Friday, February 18.
Calls for help came in at around 10:15 p.m. regarding a motor vehicle accident on Flatbush Avenue.
According to reports, a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on Flatbush Avenue in the area of Ocean Avenue. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene without stopping.
The pedestrian was provided medical treatment at the scene before being transported to a local hospital for further care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
