Brooklyn, NY – Two-Vehicle Collision with Injuries Reported at Park Place & Carlton Ave

Brooklyn, NY (July 15, 2023) – An automobile accident was reported in the Prospect Heights section of Brooklyn that resulted in confirmed injuries. At around 6:15 p.m. on Thursday, July 13, officers with the New York Police Department responded to a collision on Park Place.

According to NYPD reports, two vehicles collided on Park Place near Carlton Avenue during the evening hours. The incident resulted in firefighters and police blocking off several lanes of travel at the intersection as they removed the damaged vehicles from the scene.

At least one person suffered injuries that required further medical attention. The victim was transported by ambulance to a local hospital.

The incident is currently being investigated by the New York Police Department.
