Pedestrian Injuries in Bushwick

2.27 Bushwick, NY - Pedestrian Critically Injured by Jeep at Broadway Ave and Graham Ave

Due to their lack of protection, New York pedestrians often sustain injuries that are debilitating and extremely painful. Their injuries typically demand extensive and costly medical treatments. It can take several weeks, or several months before you are functioning better, and even then you likely will not be fully recovered. You might even have to learn to cope with a permanent disability, all because of a careless driver.

If a negligent driver is liable for your injuries, they should be liable for the consequences as well. Although you might be statutorily entitled to financial compensation, obtaining a fair settlement is a difficult and time-consuming process. Insurance companies will make every effort to minimize your payout by trying to bring down the value or legitimacy of your claim.
