Butler, MO (September 14, 2023) – A fatal motorbike accident occurred on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at Pine St and Broadway.

SGT J A Wilson led the investigation, assisted by multiple officers.

A southbound 1999 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by a 17-year-old male from Poplar Bluff, collided with an eastbound 1998 Harley Davidson.

Joseph Coble, 36, from Greenville, was the motorbike’s rider.

He tragically passed away due to his injuries.

Woolards Towing towed both vehicles from the accident site.

Coble was declared dead at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center by Dr. Anil Nadipelli at 6:05 p.m.

The investigation is still ongoing.
