Carmel Hamlet, NY (May 23, 2020) – Around 9:40 a.m. on Wednesday, May 20, a man was seriously injured in a car accident on NY-52 in Carmel Hamlet.
Several witnesses told police that the collision took place when a black Cadillac passed several vehicles in a no-passing zone on NY-52.
