Rollover Collisions in Nevada
Being involved in a rollover crash is an extremely traumatic experience. These accidents are primarily caused by driver error or inclement roadway conditions. These crashes are fairly rare but have a much higher fatality rate compared to other types of accidents. In 2010, of the nearly 9.1 million reported car accidents involving passenger cars and SUVs, only 2.1% involved rollover accidents. However, nearly 35% of reported passenger-vehicle fatalities that year were rollover collisions. Those injured in a car accident should contact a qualified Nevada personal injury lawyer to discuss lost compensation.
