Chattanooga, TN (September 18, 2023) – On Saturday, September 16, 2023, a mother, allegedly under the influence, overturned a motor cart carrying four children under 10.
Two children sustained severe injuries, one being her child.
The accident occurred near the Tennessee-Georgia state line.
Upon arrival, officers found Michelle Ann Tyrrell, 33, clutching an injured child.
The cart carried three of her children and another child.
The investigation is still ongoing.
