Chillum, MD (March 19, 2023) – At least one person was transported to an area hospital for the treatment of injuries following a car crash that took place in the cello area.
At approximately 11:24 a.m. on March 18, authorities were notified that an accident occurred on East-West Highway.
Authorities arrived at the scene and located damaged vehicles in the area of Riggs Road. Emergency officials across Prince George’s County immediately shut down the roadway as they worked to remove the damaged vehicles.
At least one person was injured and transported to a local hospital for further medical care.
The circumstances surrounding the accident are currently being investigated.
