City, PA (September 19, 2023) – At 7:57 a.m. on Rt 93 & Spring Mountain Rd in Banks Township, two vehicles collided head-on, resulting in a rollover and entrapment on Tuesday, September 19, 2023.

Medic 11 Charlie and Medic 11 Bravo confirmed their response at 8:01 a.m.

Both units arrived on the scene by 8:06 a.m.

MedEvac 4 was on standby, with a 12-minute ETA for airlift.

At 8:15 a.m., Medic 11 Bravo stated one patient would undergo a trauma alert hospital transport.

MedEvac 4 was told to stand down at 8:18 a.m.

By 8:27 a.m., Medic 11 Charlie began transporting another patient to the hospital.

The investigation is still ongoing.
