Clarksburg, MD (May 13, 2023) – Just before 530 p.m. on May 12, emergency crews responded to the scene of a crash in the Clarksburg area.
Reports provided by authorities show the vehicles collided in the 24,300 block of Frederick Road. The impact of the crash caused at least one vehicle to roll over.
Two people became trapped inside the vehicle and had to be extricated.
The Montgomery County Police Department in firefighters responded to the scene and shut down Frederick Road between Little Bennett Drive and Comus Road as they worked to clear the area.
The two victims were treated at the scene and transported to area hospitals for further care.
At this time, the incident is being investigated.
