The Dangers of High-Speed Crashes
Excessive speed is one of the leading causes of fatal accidents, especially in urban areas where road conditions and obstacles can make high-speed driving extremely dangerous. The force of impact in these crashes significantly increases the risk of fatal injuries, often leaving little chance for survival.
In Cleveland and across Ohio, reckless driving, speeding, and impaired driving contribute to a significant number of roadway fatalities. Law enforcement agencies continue to stress the importance of responsible driving to prevent tragedies like this from occurring.
Losing a loved one in a sudden and tragic accident is devastating. Families dealing with the aftermath may face emotional and financial challenges as they navigate funeral expenses, investigations, and unanswered questions.
