Coalinga, CA (September 18, 2023) – A two-vehicle crash occurred on I-5, close to JAYNE east of I-5, around 6:03 a.m. on Monday, September 18, 2023.
The California Highway Patrol arrived at the scene at 6:31 a.m.
A silver Lincoln MKX collided with a white Chevrolet pick-up truck.
The Lincoln got stuck in a ditch, although there was no water present.
Thankfully, no traffic hazards were identified, with the scene contained to the right-hand shoulder.
Both vehicles needed tow truck assistance.
Extent of injuries remains unknown at this time.
The investigation is still ongoing.
