Upon arrival, Decatur Fire and Rescue found one vehicle fully engulfed in flames. Chloe Hastings, a juvenile occupant of the burning vehicle, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Medics and fire crews worked quickly to assist those suffering from injuries after the collision. The other driver involved was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence.
