DeKalb County, GA – Fatal Crash on West Ponce de Leon Avenue, Three Others Injured

DeKalb County, GA ( July 19, 2023) – The DeKalb County police are investigating a crash that occurred early Tuesday, July 18th, 2023.
It resulted in the death of one person and injuries to three others.

The incident took place around 2 a.m. on West Ponce de Leon Avenue.
Footage from FOX 5 cameras revealed a white car that had overturned near the intersection of West Ponce de Leon Avenue and North Parkwood Road.
According to police reports, the driver of one of the vehicles involved in the collision succumbed to the injuries sustained in the crash.

The other driver and their two passengers were injured and transported to a nearby hospital.
Authorities are investigating the crash to determine the factors and circumstances that led to this tragic incident.
Further details regarding the crash have yet to be released.
