DeKalb, GA (October 17, 2022) – A car accident was reported in DeKalb County on the afternoon of October 17. At around 3:12 p.m., emergency crews were sent to the scene to render aid. 

Police and paramedics were seen at the crash site located on I-285 near I-20. According to reports, at least one person was hurt in the collision. 

Authorities asked local drivers commuting in the area to take Moreland (exit 53) while the site was active with responders. Emergency crews worked at the crash site for an extended time period on the afternoon of October 17.
