DeKalb, MO – Collision on MO 33; Two Drivers Receive Medical Attention

DeKalb, MO (July 7, 2023) – On Wednesday, July 5, 2023, around 4 p.m., an accident occurred, injuring two people.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, William D. Moore, a 66-year-old Maysville resident, was driving a 1999 Isuzu Hombre southbound on MO 33, three miles south of Maysville.

Moore could not avoid colliding with a northbound 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt driven by 49-year-old Weatherby resident Rodney W. Inglis.

DeKalb Clinton Ambulance took Moore to Mosaic Life Care for treatment.

Inglis suffered a minor injury and intended to seek medical attention on his own.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, both drivers used seat belts.
