The crash was reported around 10:24 p.m. and initially involved emergency units from Pennsylvania State Police and Fire Stations 26 and 29. Medics from EMS 1821 and EMS 323 responded promptly to the scene. A second rescue truck was requested at 10:39 p.m., and a medevac was placed on standby shortly before 11 p.m., signaling the severity of the incident.
EMS 323 transported one patient to the hospital, and shortly after, EMS 1821 transported a second individual under a trauma alert status. No entrapment was reported at the scene. Authorities have not released details about the cause of the crash or how many vehicles were involved.
