Dent, MO (September 14, 2023) – A rear-end collision occurred at HWY 72 and HWY C on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at 3:30 p.m. TPR J.S. Leathers responded to the accident.
Chance D. Callahan, 28, from St. James, drove a 2019 Chevrolet box truck.
The truck sustained moderate damage but was driven away.
Sarah L. Galloway, 80, from Salem, piloted a 2014 GMC Terrain, which was totaled.
American Muffler Towing removed the vehicle.
Both Sarah and Robert W. Galloway, 81, suffered minor injuries.
Salem Ambulance transported them to Salem Memorial Hospital.
The Chevrolet waited to turn left when the GMC struck it from behind.
The investigation is still ongoing.
