Duluth, GA ( July 15, 2023) – The Duluth Police Department is seeking the assistance of witnesses in a tragic incident that resulted in a pedestrian’s death.
According to investigators, the incident occurred Thursday, July 13th, 2023, around 6:15 p.m. on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard near Rogers Bridge Road in Duluth.
A Ford Explorer pulled out before a 2020 Kawasaki ZX636 motorcycle, causing a collision.
Despite the impact, the motorcycle continued moving and struck a pedestrian walking along Peachtree Industrial, resulting in fatalities.
The police are urging witnesses of the incident or those with dashcam footage to come forward.
Specifically, they want footage capturing the motorcycle’s behaviour from the Abbotts Bridge intersection to Rogers Bridge Road.
