According to the DPS report, a 2007 Harley Davidson motorcycle was traveling south on Moss Avenue when a 2008 Land Rover LR2 attempted to turn north onto Moss Avenue from a private drive. The driver of the Land Rover failed to yield the right of way, resulting in a collision with the motorcycle.
