El Cajon, CA (January 12, 2025) – A tragic head-on collision involving two vehicles resulted in a fatality early Sunday morning at the intersection of West Village Dr and Willow Glen Dr in El Cajon. Authorities confirmed the crash occurred at approximately 12:10 AM and blocked lanes of traffic for several hours.
According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the collision involved a silver sedan and a silver SUV. Both vehicles collided head-on, leaving the roadway littered with debris. Emergency responders arrived at the scene shortly after the incident to assist and assess the situation.
