Elmira, NY – Man Injured in Motorcycle Collision on Walnut St near West Third St

Elmira, NY (July 9, 2023) – On July 6, the Elmira Police Department and firefighters responded to the scene of an automobile accident that occurred on Walnut Street.

According to the Elmira police, a motorcycle and a second vehicle collided at the intersection of Walnut Street and West Third Street. The motorcyclist was ejected from their vehicle.

The rider was injured in the crash and transported by ambulance to Robert Packer Hospital, where they underwent emergency treatment.

The incident is currently being investigated.
