Daytona Beach, FL (June 23, 2020) – In the early morning hours of June 20, an accident took a pedestrian’s life at an intersection in Daytona Beach.
The collision occurred at the intersection of Mason Avenue and North Beach Street around 1:15 a.m. this past Saturday. A 23-year-old man was struck by a vehicle while attempting to cross the roadway, according to authorities.
The roadway in the area was shut down for some time following the incident.
A police investigation into the circumstances of the collision will continue.
